These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travelgift website and services operated by Travelgift B.V.. By accessing or using Travelgift, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our service

Travelgift sells and delivers digital travel gift cards redeemable at a global network of hotels and flights. Redemption is facilitated by our inventory partners.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Gift cards

  • Each Travelgift is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.
  • Gift cards can be partially redeemed; remaining balance continues to accrue until expiry.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
  • You may not resell Travelgift gift cards without our written permission.
  • Lost or misplaced codes cannot be recovered if issued to a third party.

4. Purchases & pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency you select. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout including any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on unredeemed Travelgift gift cards. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Partially redeemed cards are not refundable. Contact support to initiate a refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Travelgift to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) upload malware or harass others; (d) attempt to probe, scan, or tamper with our systems; or (e) use our service in bulk without a business agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software on Travelgift belong to Travelgift B.V. or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Travelgift is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or a prominent notice on this page.
